The service starts from the moment you decide your future is in R/C models . With over 20 years experience, and being the main agents in Northern Ireland for several model distributors, I should have the knowledge to guide you . In consultation with yourself we will select a model to suit your ability and aspirations.

Building

Whilst I'll not build it for you, help will be available every step of the way. From checking parts, to demonstrating where they go and even telephone support . In the past, most construction problems have been solved by a quick telephone call . Feel free to bring the model back to me whenever you want your progress checked . This applies whether you need it checked once or one hundred times during construction . If you can be bothered to bring the model to me, I can be bothered to take the time to help you with it.

Flying

Part of the service includes the first flight . I would encourage you to bring the model to me to be checked and balanced prior to the first flight . At this time it may prevent a crash, a nasty accident or simply prolong the life of your model .

Flying Lessons

Of course if I can fly your model it simply shows that the model will fly . If you would like flying lessons they can be purchased singularly until you are competent enough to fly on your own . There is no obligation to take any lessons, however if you feel like a lesson now and again they can be provided at a very reasonable rate .

After Sales Service

As the main agents for several of the importers, I always have a complete inventory of spares parts available . A crash analysis service is also available, and will possibly save another disaster . This advice is available free of charge to current customers .

Haven't flown for a while ?

If you would like you model checked, or a refresher lesson after a winter layoff, please feel free to contact me, I always like to hear from my customers .

Bought your model somewhere else ?

That's not a problem, there are plenty of reputable R/C outlets in Northern Ireland . However if you're finding that their after sales service is not what you expected you are more than welcome to contact me for advice .
